12,000 rpm I.D.D. spindle with 30 kW spindle motor.
One-piece Monoblock column and base structure were designed using Finite Element Analysis (FEA) and Advanced 3D Software, through static and dynamic stiffness well matched to provide machine the ultimate stability performance.
Built-in casting twin chip screws to minimize cleaning time and provide higher durability and leakage prevention.
Double arm supported tilting rotary table to increase stability and A/C axes adopt worm gear with optional rotary scales to gain balance between cost and efficacy.
